From Classmates to Co-founders

Where it began

Our story starts in the classrooms of Thalassery Engineering College, where the four of us (Nibras, Nabeel, Nafi, and Farseen) pursued our B.Tech together. What began as a shared interest in solving real problems through technology grew, project by project, into something more.

Across third-year mini projects and our final-year build, we got hands-on with the kind of work that doesn't appear in textbooks: shipping software that real users actually rely on. Farseen played a defining role in this stage, both as a peer and as a mentor, helping us understand how the industry really works and shaping how we approach problems today. He continues to be an integral part of our team.

Our first client

Our first real-world opportunity came in our final year: a perfume eCommerce platform for a client in the UAE. It was the moment we stopped being students with a project and started being a team with a customer. That shift, building for someone whose business depended on it, changed how we work to this day.

Soon after, we built our first major product: a fitness management system for gym owners, allowing businesses to manage members, track payments, send automated reminders, and run daily operations efficiently. We are proud to share that this platform is still actively used by our client more than 2–3 years on, and we continue shipping regular updates, security improvements, and new features as their needs evolve.

Industry experience along the way

After graduation, we each took different paths to gain real industry experience:

• Nabeel worked as a Mobile Developer in Kochi, building native and cross-platform applications for production users.
• Nafi worked as a Java Developer in Wayanad, focused on backend systems and enterprise integrations.
• Nibras worked as a Cloud & DevOps Engineer in Abu Dhabi, managing infrastructure for global-scale applications.

We pursued individual careers, but always with one shared vision: gain real experience first, then come back together to build something of our own.

Today

With that experience behind us, we reunited and founded N3 Global Tech. We have since launched multiple products, including N3 FitBook, N3 ServiceBook, and N3 BusinessBook, and we are actively building new platforms aimed at solving everyday operational problems for businesses across India.

We are proud to have supported more than 30 companies, helping them adopt modern technology and improve operations through tailored digital solutions. Alongside that, we have taken a strong initiative to support local businesses in Kannur, Kerala, helping them transition from traditional methods to efficient, technology-driven systems through honest consultation and practical implementation.
